羅富特模內攻牙機產品核心部件均采用進口原材料,經精密機械加工完成,工藝處理先有高頻淬火使材料性質顯現,在經深冷處理,使核心部件的材料在使用壽命上有顯著提高。 ▲深冷處理 工業中,把經過普通熱處理后的材料進一步冷卻到-100℃~-196℃的處理方式叫作深冷處理,它可以降低殘奧含量、促進析出細小碳化物、減少晶間拉應力,進而提高以下宏觀性能: 提高硬度 高速鋼、模具鋼提高HRC硬度1~2度。 提高抗彎強度 440A鑄造不銹鋼的抗彎強度從1135MPa提高到1355MPa。 提高韌性 W6Mo5Cr4V2沖擊功從18J提高到40J。 提高紅硬性 W18Cr4V在625℃的條件下硬度從HRC57.9提高到63.9。 提高尺寸穩定性 95Cr18不銹鋼殘余奧氏體從35%降低至10%。 提高導電性 銅合金Cu_15Ni_8Sn電阻率從2.86×10-7Ω.m降低到1.51×10-7Ω.m。 隨著液氮低溫技術的發展和試驗手段的完善,人們對深冷處理的研究逐步深入,研究范圍現已從鋼鐵延伸到粉末冶金、銅合金、鋁合金及其它非金屬材料。實驗結果表明,深冷處理對于上述材料零件的使用壽命有顯著的作用。 應用行業遍布于航空航天、五金、工具、模具、摩擦偶件、精密加工、量具、紡織、汽車等諸多領域。
